Was CR 21114. NYC is assigned portion that CSXT got in the takeover of CONRAIL. NS got the reporting marks of PRR for their portion. I see cab is still lettered EL. I wonder if CR forgot to paint it in their colors?

It's origionally an Erie caboose, with the full length bay. NYC never had any.

NYC 21114 A FORMER EL- CONRAIL CABOOSE THAT WAS RESTORED TO EL COLORS FOR A CONVENTION IN MARION BY THE ERIE LACKAWANNA HISTORICAL SOCIETY, THE MARION UNION STATION ASSOCIATION, AND UNION TANK CAR.
